Most childcare software is built around billing and parent communication. That's important — but it's not what a DHS inspector looks at. When an inspector arrives, they want to see clearances, certifications, training records, and health assessments for every person working with children.
As licensed childcare operators in Pennsylvania, we saw firsthand how much time directors and staff spent before every inspection manually pulling documents, staff records, clearances, trainings, and compliance files across two locations. That problem had a software solution — it just didn't exist yet.
